This policy applies to all clients, customers, subcontractors, laboratories, and stakeholders; all services provided in Western Australia and South Australia; and all personal information collected through out website, email, phone, booking systems, or during field testing and assessments.

Sensitive Information: Includes health-related data, employment details, or other regulated information.
Third Parties: laboratories, subcontractors, or regulatory agencies engaged to support our business operations.

We collect information to provide hygiene and environmental testing services, manage communication and bookings, issue reports, meet legal obligations, and improve services.
